You Maniacs! You Blew It Up!

The hammer has finally fallen on TechTV. Comcast is laying off the San Fran staff and moving only a few of the shows to LA to join with the G4 network. It's not clear at this point which hosts will be retained if any.

It was always a secret dream in my heart that one day I could work on TechTV. But alas, it is not to be. I hope the staff are able to find good jobs, and that the hosts get moved over. Having TechTV chopped up feels like the end of an era.
