Here are my recommendations for ID3 tags on talk show style podcasts. For this examle I'm going to use trade secrets as a base:

Track Number: 4 (current show this year)
Disc Number: 1 (current year of show)
Genre: Podcast
Comments: (this is a text field that I feel should contain the following)
Topics: Presidential Debates, History of MP3, Navel-Gazing
Guests: None
URLS: (all URLs mentioned in the show)
Songs Played: (Artist and title of songs played)
