Bryan Payne manages an IT sales/service/consulting firm and lives in the Phoenix, AZ area.
In the past ten years he has held many different positions in the Information Technology sector, mostly leading and managing teams of other technically minded individuals. Prior to his current job, he was a Mac Genius for Apple Computer. The nightmares have stopped and he sleeps through the night now.

Nic Lindh is a systems administrator, programmer, and designer in Phoenix, Arizona.
He is a recovering former Mac Genius who is slowly beginning to not shudder at the sight of a black T-Shirt with a white Apple on it.
He desperately needs to find some kind of support group to talk him down whenever he gets the urge to install a new Linux distro.
